St Michaels Mount
Nine miles from Trendrennen in the middle of the bay lies St Michaels Mount
Home to the St Aubyn family, the Mount was a religious settlement from the 6th century and was granted to the Benedictine monks from Mont St Michel in France after the Norman Conquest.

The Mount is well worth a visit. At low tide you can walk out to it along the causeway, or take ashort boat ride. So, have your breakfast and take a day out, enjoy the house, the beautiful tropical gardens and stop in one of Marazions pubs on the way back.

Outdoor activities:

We are open all year round
And remember, we are open all the year round. Cornwall is just as beautiful in the Winter as it is in the Spring.

We look forward to seeing you soon.
